As we prepare for our 2nd baby we know we will be losing our guest room. Therefore, we knew we needed to get a sofa sleeper for our basement so that my family and our friends who live out of town will have a comfy place to sleep when they come to visit. So last weekend we spent an entire day visiting furniture stores trying to find a sofa that not only looked nice but that was comfortable as well.
The sofa was delivered this morning and I love it!
However, I am not loving the pillows that came with the sofa so much. Despite the fact that the colors seem to go well in the room, what you can't see is that we have accented with a lot of white and green on the other side of the room.
So I am in need of some ideas for throw pillows that incorporate green and white. Any ideas?
I am linking up with Help Me Wednesdays at White House Black Shutters.

Thanks for linking up! I just redid my family room in greens and whites. I bought a few pillows second hand, but made two myself. I like the look of mixed patterns. JoAnn's has a LOT of cute white and green fabric, that's where I got mine.
Good luck, LOVE the new couch! It looks sooo comfy. I have to catch up on your blog, it's been too long since I've been here! :(

Hi Jessi!
Thank you for visiting me at Imparting Grace!
When I need new pillows, I usually just sew new covers for existing pillows. I happen to have some fabric that might work for new pillows for you--I bought it on sale, and then didn't end up using it. If you'd like, I'll email you a photo of the fabric. I don't know if you'd like the pattern (sort of a loose floral/paisley kind of design), but from your photos I think the colors might work for you. Let me know if you'd like to take a look. If you wanted it, I could easily mail you the fabric. Just let me know!
I agree with Richella, if I want to change out my pillows I will buy fabric and recover them. I have also done really well at TJ Maxx for pillows. I have also see some girls make pillows out of placemats. Good luck! Can't wait to see what you decide on!
Congrats on the baby! We moved when I was expecting my 2nd and that was a lot of work! Your new couch looks nice. My current couch pillows are actually from Sam's Club, of all places. I would suggest shopping around for something inexpensive, unless you can sew! Then you have two perfect inserts (the new pillows you don't like) for some fabulous fabric you find. I keep seeing placemat pillows--would that work? Good luck!
